semi scale related: I lost weight on vacation, while eating a lot of ballpark food. pure NSV: my winter coat can now be pulled below my butt. A couple of months ago it was at the mid-butt range.18 -

I think I'll claim the same first goal. the second one less so. heck that would be great but not likely for me but I would take 38lb by the end of 2023 - which would just put me below 200.4 -

I went for a quick walk at lunch even though the weather looked iffy and I'm pretty sure I have some of the Rain King genetics in me. I even managed to only get dripped on.5 -

after logging the calories upon grilled cheese sandwich assembly, I decided to not include one of the pieces of cheese because it was going to be to much calories.17
