That’s like 210g protein a day - pretty hefty Chicken/shrimp are my go-to’s; pork tenderloin/turkey breast have similar macro ratio to chicken Greek yogurt/fairlife milk are go-to’s for me2 -

Add more to your portions - instead of a cup have a cup and a half; if you have 5oz protein (for example) have 7-8oz But the answer to life is always ice cream if you have calories left6 -
Re: Over calories do you draw a line under it?
It you are consistently going over maybe look at rate of loss - is it too agressive; consider tweaking macros - maybe more fiber/protein2 -

plan an evening snack into your calories - its the first thing i put into my diary every day7
