Ppl lose weight when they cut carbs because you retain water - carbs take more water to process/digest than other macros3 -

you can try using USDA as the caveat - but in general the nutritional value isn't going to be significantly different - there may be some more micronutrients, but the macros (carb/fat/protein) will b…8 -

ziploc makes microwave steam bags - that i use when i travel - throw some chicken (or other protein in); add some kind of marinade or something and cook for 5-10 min and voila1 -

I would disagree carb cycling is restrictive - it’s just tweaking your daily calories to workouts8
