somewhere in the 2500-2700 range - using a TDEE estimate - i'm pretty consistent with weight right now, but that will likely change when i start running more; i also average 8-12k steps a day3 -

I maintain quite happily on 2650ish calories so for me 2300 would be a slow/steady rate of loss - the problem is that we are conditioned to believe that losing weight needs to be painful and suffer13
