why don't you use the potatoes etc in the recipe? if yo uare the only one eating - then the differences in amount of potatoes or carrots (for example) per serving would balance out in the end1 -

of note - there is NOTHING wrong with walking - check out Galloway - he qualified for the boston marathon with a run/walk plan; I do all of my runs wiht a run/walk combo - i just adjust the intervals…1 -
