Easy 5K today to test my legs after yesterdays hill session (and to offset overeating!). A bit stiff, though not as bad as I thought it might be - even so, was still difficult to stay at an easy pace.1 -

14k this morning, (my longest). Planned to do negative split averaging around 6:25/km, so decided to head out at 6:40 for first 5k then bring it down to 6:20 for the rest with a faster last km. First…3 -

12.4k this morning (my long run) which I wanted to do around 6:30-6:40/km pace. Was very wet/slippy in parts and had a fall after just 1.5k, grazing my knee and hand. Although sore it wasn't too bad …3
