80km in the dales including two savage climbs (fleet moss and park rash). Surprised myself by getting a Strava top 10 on fleet moss :o There's a UK book of the 100 best cycling climbs in the country …4 -

I did my first time trial of the season tonight. Absolutely flying after all the training/weight loss since I last raced last year. 14 hilly miles in just under 45 minutes.5 -
