What I do (which isn’t like a great method but it’s mine) is I do a quick 100 calorie add from M-F. Then, on Saturday I know I have an extra 500 calories to work with and I’ll go over my deficit by 5…3 -

Put your stats into MFP, find out how many calories to eat to lose 2-1lbs a week, buy a food scale, and then don’t exceed your daily calorie goal. That’s it. Endomorph or whatever means nothing.12
