Easy dude, TDEE 2163 (maintenance cals), bulk just add 250 cals or more to that amount daily...depending on how quickly you want to bulk and if you really want to cut fat again....0 -

At your BMI you could have recomped from where you were...it was only 1 point above highest range normal, and eating 1200 cals a day even as a short man? Nope, just nope....there are so many of these…3
