So my daily protein goal is now 100g per day but some days I don’t hit this and only reach 70-80g a day. I would happily eat more but then I would go over my calories. In the long run does it matter …1 -

PCOS and Insulin Resistance
Has anyone with PCOS tried a low carb diet (under 100g of carbs) and found that it helped them to lose weight. I think I have insulin resistance hence why I haven’t lost any weight. It’s been 4 weeks…1 -
