I would recommend strength training and cardio for exercise but fatloss comes from a calorie deficit.6 -

Yeah it can be hard going into maintenance but my body thrives in maintenance! My energy is up and I feel amazing! My workouts improve and I recover quickly too. Being in a deficit sucks 😔1 -

Since I’ve set my settings up for sedentary, meaning I sit most of the day then I do log my cleaning if it’s substantial like doing a huge spring clean in my room etc. Otherwise if it’s little things…8 -
