Fitbit calorie defecit

I'm confused.I have it set up to be at a 750 calorie defecit.it says I've burned 2731 and eaten 2087 and that I still have 342 calories left to eat. Can anyone explain?

    Fitbit is giving you an eating goal based on what the total day's burn is estimated to be.

    Same as MFP would do.

    They just use different values to estimate that.

    But suggest if syncing with MFP (or perhaps problematically syncing) - use MFP for food goals, use Fitbit for activity goals.

    Following 2 roads to the same destination (eating level) can get confusing and aggravating.
