I had been having a late night snack,the past 2-3 nights.I was getting so worried that i wouldn't be able to stop again.Last night,when the urge came,I grabbed a apen and my diary and wrote exactly what was worrying me,how i was feeling about it and what things i could actually control about the situation.When i was finished,the urge has settled down.I took my night time meds and within 1/2 hour i was in bed!I was so happy when i woke up this morning.I have also been known to wake up while eating something.That didn't happen either.
