By joining this group, I agree to the following:
I, (your name), enter into this contract with my fellow Swolemates on this 4th day of May, 2015 to help improve my health, foster a lifetime of healthy choices and look GREAT naked.
With the help of my Swolemates, I plan to develop a habit of working out and eating healthy.
My responsibilities include all the Swolemates rules & regulations outlined in the 1st group announcement.
As a reward for holding up my end of this contract I will get a $10 gift card to Starbucks or Sephora and be entered into a grand prize of $150 if I have the best transformation.
The responsibilities of my fellow Swolemates include:
1. Adhering to the “Swolemates” diet & fitness rules.
2. Encouraging me to stay on track.
If I finish in last place, my consequences will include:
1. Buying a smoothie or lip gloss for my accountability partners.
