Guardian's 14 & Lean Fitness Challenge

This group is dedicated to taking a couple of weeks to use some simple yet effective exercises to get the blood flowing, engage those muscles, and help you start to become a little healthier using fitness.... or adding on to what you might already be doing for a little extra intensity.
