PRISM 2024

Prism Wt. Loss Management Program… I lost 45 # in 2010-2011 6 month long Prism group with our church. It bills itself as a lifelong program. You get workbooks; affirmations; videos. It is a faith based program…Bible verses support us as we journey in our wt loss journey. We sign a resolution not to eat over 1200 cal in a day. Some people viewed that as undoable. I didn’t view it as a vow but something that I resolved to do. I am in 2024 back doing it and willing to lead a group open to all..I led a group in 2013 but then the business dissolved and to date has not been restarted. I love the transformation that this program offers… I’m lonely though longing to journey with likeminded people.

Welcome all to investigate..I am on day 77 of Prism…I’ve done many other wt loss programs and this worked..45#’s . I have seen these books available on Amazon. We don’t weigh daily…wt loss doesn’t equal fat loss and can tip our attitude negatively whether we gain or lose. There is hope for transformation.

I have done many diets in my past: including … Cabage soup diet.. (7 day diet); Rotation Diet , ( 21 day diet); Weight Watchers; Overeaters Anonymous (2 meetings); DDD ( church based Diet, Discipline and Discipleship). Carbohydrate Addicts Diet; and last Prism Wt. Loss Program.
