    I'm debating starting the 21 day cleanse. My husband and I need a jump start an while we are both quite active, I think a nice re-set button would do us both some good. Considering we both get "hangry" i.e. angry when we are hungry we figured it would be best to do something like this at the same time for support. How have everyone's experience been with the cleanse and is it ok to just start with the cleans? or should we be supplementing it with something else as well?
