 I need to up my game!
 I think I may not be drinking enough water. I'm trying to increase that, and see if it helps me get more energy.
 The Olympics schedule has nothing to do with my lack of sleep/lack of energy! :blushing:0

            I usually weigh-in on tuesdays, but I missed yesterday. I don't know how to take this, but when I stepped on the scale this morning it said I was up to 198.6lbs. This would be an almost 10 pound gain in one week. I will keep track and hit it hard the rest of the week and see what its saids next week.0

            Lost 3.5 pounds this week. I haven't been very hungry and I am sure that if I can get back into exercising, I would loose more (and probably be hungry too).
