Has anyone tried PCOS Diva's 7-Day Jumpstart ? I noticed that the Fall program starts in September, and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the program and what their thoughts were. It sounds interesting, but since it's a paid program there aren't too many details available and it's a little hard to tell from the information on her website if it would be worth the price.

If you hear anything, please post! I signed up for early notification for the September program. I am not sure if I will pull the trigger or not, but it seems like a neat program from what I can tell. I really like her blog and facebook page, so I am sure that the course is great too.

I bought her 6 week summer program, which so far has been excellent. I have been thinking about doing the September jumpstart program since I liked the summer eating plan so much. I will say though, that I think I need more protein than her plans include. She includes tons of fresh fruits and veggies, vegetable proteins like beans, chia seeds, etc, but to keep my blood sugar steady I need more protein at each meal. So that's just something to be aware of. It's pretty similar to Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet.

I just checked out the 7 Day Jump Start she is getting ready to do for September. Early bird sign-up is $97. Seems like its a few weeks of menu/meal plans, a grocery store list and access to the forums. I says 2 phone calls, but they are not one-on-one its like a virtual meeting. The regular price is $147 or $149. Just seems a little high priced to me.
