Challenge completed!!

Thank you so much for creating this challenge. I had just signed up to MFP towards the end of June and this came in perfect timing. This made me push myself to meet this goal, which I wouldn't have done on my own.

Shockingly, I have exceeded the goal. I set a goal of 9 miles/week and each week I went over for a TOTAL of 46.799 miles this month!!

I will be going on vacation, so I wanted to post my stats before I left.

Hopefully, another challenge will come my way that will help keep me motivated to push myself.

Thanks again and I hope everyone in this challenge has had success or at least did more than they would've ever done, like I did.

Let's keep kicking @$$!!!

    I fell off the wagon just past the half-way mark. I still did well, and I know I came close (may have actually met my goal... just didn't track it all).

    I'm also looking forward to another challenge next month. I'll keep with it this time, PROMISE!! :)

    Day 4 = 3 miles, so hot outside!/Day 4 = 5 miles

    Day 7 = 0 miles/Day 7 = 12 miles, may not do this again; legs were so sore the next day!

    I still have 6.6 miles of walking to do. I should reach my 31 mile walk goal by Monday, July 30th. My personal goal of 150 miles on stationary bike should be complete by Sunday, July 29th.

    Wonderful challenge you put on here. Thank you so much.

    All my miles are in the chart.
    I even skipped buying a bus pass this month just so I could see how far I could go.
    150 miles is pretty darn good for me.

    Great job to all for staying active.

    Ended up with 57.5+What I will do Saturday and Sunday. So I'm saying an even 60. All walking/jogging.

    Nike+ has a cool app to help track. I found it about half way through the month lol. It will break it down by day,week,month,year.

    It's been fun people. Thanks for the challenge. Felt good to achieve the goal.

    This was a nice challenge, it kept me on my feet.

    I completed 31.4 miles walking and 150.5 on the stationary bike.
