Hey Ladies!

During your time of the month, do you have a hard time exercising? I do good with sweets until I get on my period. Do you have any tips on it?

    Eat some berries it some times helps me not feel so guilty...or a granola bar the 90 calorie ones...mmmmm

    I usually pop a chunk of 72% cocoa candy. That kills my cravings!

    Got nothin for ya! I have had two periods in the last three years lol :) but I do remember it being hard around that time for me! Fiber was my friend then and now.

    I love the chocolate fiber one bars. Satisfies my craving for chocolate. It's hard to be hungry after 16oz of water and a 9 grams of scrumptious chocolates goodness!

    Blend up some berries with plain greek yogurt and add some honey to make it a lil sweeter and freeze them. You can have some nice healthy freeze pops that way.
