    Hi group. I spent the weekend with family out of state. Predictably the house was full of food and wine. I can't say I dieted, but I can say the damage could have been worse. I haven't been on the scales since I got back as I decided to get back with the program and see how things turn out later in the week.

    Weighed in today. Was actually disappointing BC I.gained since my last.weigh in.... :( just 1.4 but a good way to get some encouragement to kick off this challenge!

    I really hope this challenge works for us all. I would love to lose 10 lbs., but did I mention I hate to exercise? I did manage to get a workout in this evening. We'll see about tomorrow. Good luck everyone!

    I have been unwell with Tonsillitis this week so this is my first post, my starting weight this week is 67.5kg(which as a gain) I will be interested to see what I weigh come Monday morning.

    Hello all, my starting weight is 133, and 10 pounds off would bring me to 123. I'd be thrilled to reach that--although 125 is really my goal. I'm 5' 4.5", and have a very small frame. I'm most definitely not looking to be skinny--I have a lot of pinchable, jiggly fat I hope to shed. I also turned 60 today!
