This helps me with my water:

I make an entire pitcher and make sure i drink by end of day:

    Sassy water:

1/2 cucumber sliced very very thin
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 lemon cut very very thin
    a bunch of mint

Put all ingredients in a pitcher 64 ounces pitcher, fill with cold filter water. Drink

I'm a huge Peanut Butter addict.
    I can't get enough.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups were a HUGE weakness for me.

My local nutrition supply store suggested that I get rid of all the extra fat and calories by getting PB2.
It is a guilt free powdered peanut butter.

I like to add it to my shakes to substitute my peanut butter cups.

    I use:

1 cup light soy milk ( or whatever alternative you prefer)
1 serving of chocolate protein powder (I used carnation instant breakfast instead this morning)
    2 T of pb2
    Ice

and I blend it for a delicious shake!

Somebody posted last week about eating shrimp when they were wanting a snack and the bell went off. I love shrimp and never pick it up enough. Went straight out and bought a huge bag to keep in my freezer. I used this marinade recipe this weekend for grilled kabobs using shrimp, onions, green peppers, and pineapple chucks. Amazing!

    Pineapple-Lime Marinade

2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon grated lime peel
    2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice from can of pineapple
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Here's the site I got the recipe from. Mine looked even better than the picture!
