Hi, I did pushups this morning, but didn't do well. Found I didn't feel well all day, in fact. I'll post my details later, but I'm putting this topic up so that y'all can post your results.

don´t feel bad cause you didn't do well, you always have next time to do it better! and I hope you feel better!!
I'm finding it hard to keep doing too, my arms get super tired by the end the set and I'm stretching as much as I can to make sure I don't feel pain the next day!

I did them last night too. I am having my 12 year old son do them with me. He totally makes it look easy, but it's good motivation for me. I am way behind, but did Week 2, Day 3 last night. I had to do 16, 17, 14, 14, 20. I think I must have missed something because I know I've done more than six days?! Anyway, I'll stick to it.
I couldn't do all of that! My max on the initial test was 17!
My co-worker is doing this too and she says I will take the initial test next go around.
What I find weird, is that week 3 does fewer pushups than I did in week 2. Whatever, I'll keep going!!!!0
