Hi group. I spent the weekend with family out of state. Predictably the house was full of food and wine. I can't say I dieted, but I can say the damage could have been worse. I haven't been on the scales since I got back as I decided to get back with the program and see how things turn out later in the week.0

Weighed in today. Was actually disappointing BC I.gained since my last.weigh in.... just 1.4 but a good way to get some encouragement to kick off this challenge!0

I really hope this challenge works for us all. I would love to lose 10 lbs., but did I mention I hate to exercise? I did manage to get a workout in this evening. We'll see about tomorrow. Good luck everyone!0

I have been unwell with Tonsillitis this week so this is my first post, my starting weight this week is 67.5kg(which as a gain) I will be interested to see what I weigh come Monday morning.0 -

Hello all, my starting weight is 133, and 10 pounds off would bring me to 123. I'd be thrilled to reach that--although 125 is really my goal. I'm 5' 4.5", and have a very small frame. I'm most definitely not looking to be skinny--I have a lot of pinchable, jiggly fat I hope to shed. I also turned 60 today!0
