I weigh in Monday nights. (I don't own a scale at the moment.) Down 1.8 lbs this week :)

    Lost 3 lbs...but, most of that was the water weight I had put back on last week.

    Bummer man. I'm not going to beat myself up too much for the one pound gain. I have always struggled during "that time of the month". All I wanted to do was eat hell off of the cross! I still went to the gym (5 times this week for 1 hour each session) but it goes to show that diet is 70% food and 30% exercise. Ughhhh
