Hi All

Has anyone done this workout before? And what were your results like?

My Husband has treated me to the dvd's and I cant wait to try them, looking at the reviews it seems like it is pretty good and hope I get the results I am looking for.
I currently need to lose around 14lbs so hoping these dvd's will help me get there.

    I am a die hard Beach Body fan. I love the schedules & meal ideas you get with the DVD's. If you stick with the program and eat clean you will see results.

    Did slim in 6 a long time ago and lost about 15 pounds..now I'm starting up again along with hip hop abs..
