    Hello!! I just had an unhealthy past couple of days (chocolate overload), but I'm back on track.
    SW : 192.4
    Challenge GW: 182.4
    By the end of this week I would love to lose 2.5 pounds and be marginally in the 180's

    My Height: 5'1
    However, I would be happy if I made it to 110 this month. It me a long time to lose weight. Ever since I had my daughter I have to fight to lose each pound. It takes me on average a week to lose a pound.

    20? 90? I'm just curious. I'd like to know when the challenge is over...

    I have a (R) ankle foot sprain so if I achieve a 5 pound difference I will realistically accept that.

    I have been doing the hundreds challenges on MFP, it has been helpful in keeping my exercise on track.

    SW is 158. I am sure it's temporarily up right now because I have been making some not so great choices yesterday and today AND I'm going out of town for a few days but I will do my best and just stick to it once I get back.

    Thanks to all who wished me a happy B. day. I skipped the cake and had one (delicious) chocolate chip cookie for dessert! Stayed within my alloted calories! Would like to see some payoff on the scale soon!

    had WI yesterday and I lost 4 pounds, which really made my day :)

    Yippee!! I am at the same point as you! I started off this whole thing at 199 though!

    8/1/12: 163.2 (technically that was last Friday 7/27/12's weigh in)

    8/31/12: Goal - 153.something <-- I don't know if thats totally realistic, but if I can get myself solidly in the 50's I will be a HAPPY girl!

    179.5 on July 30th. Goal is 169.5, of course.

    Next weigh-in for me is Friday, Aug 3th (I'm out of town this weekend).

    Hoping for a 2 lb drop as my calories have shrank to appropriate weight loss levels, exercise has increased, and water intake when from 0 oz to 72 oz per day.

    Good work, keep it up. I know what it is like to weigh 199 pounds. The safe and slow, small habit changes along the way, seem to work well for many of us.
