How did everyone do? It was nice to have a change of pace but I couldn't hold the lunges as long as they did. I REALLY felt the burn in my legs today! It was nice to finish. It was very yoga-ish, right? I also ran 2 miles this morning but had some trouble even doing that because my calves were a bit sore from all the insanity this week. I hope everyone enjoyed their pseudo break! :)

I don't know that I'll get to it until this evening (babysitting today) but I skipped through it and I'm glad it looks more relaxed.

I enjoyed the relaxed attitude of it. I did sweat a bit on it but that's because I have horrible upper body strength and worked it! I think these are part of the entire work out, so to get the full experience, I'm choosing to keep these in.

I thought it was a great little "break" from the hardcore cardio. I couldn't hold the lunges as long as they did either. I wanted to scream at him to stop talking and start counting! Lol. I played three softball games last night for our league tournament so that may have something to do with it too. I dont have my HR monitor yet (tomorrow!) so I think I'll just put it down as yoga.

The long holds of lunges and squats really challenged me. Overall it was a nice "break." I love checking off a box each day and I'm looking forward to tomorrow!!

Me three. I put a huge red "X" through it when I get back to work!

I'm about to 'press play' myself! I remember the recovery still feeling like quite a workout for the legs for me and I just ate a bunch of potato chips. Today wasn't the best day. Not the worst, either, but tomorrow I'm going to do better :)

Yeah, the legs burned! I thought I would be sore this evening from all that, but nope! I think it was just what my body needed! I feel pretty good, no longer that sore and ready to tackle tomorrow!
  • I enjoyed this last night. My legs were shaking something aweful when holding positions though. One more day...down! We got this!

Quick Question ladies: If you have been drinking protein shakes, did you have one after the cardio recovery? If its a lot of stretching I'm thinking I don't really need one but just wanted to get your opinions :-)
