Hi---I am new to MFP and to working out. I know in the past if I have a friend who is working out with me I do better. If anyone is in the EV and would like to try to be workout buddies or just there for encouragement....please let me know.

    Hi, I just joined MFP too and am in Chandler. Small world! I've been almost completely sedentary for the past few years (working from home). I've kind of, sort of tried to get into shape before, but quickly fall off the wagon.

    Really serious about it this time and woulde love to have someone to go through it with.

    I am very serious this time too! I'm tired of always saying next week I'll start my diet and that week never comes till now! I need support and encouragement and someone who wants to workout with. I do better if I have a buddy :)
