    Finally over my monthly TOM ridiculousness - and back on track. Only a .2 loss - but better than a .2 gain. Pushing for a 3 lb loss for week 10. Reason - it will be my first time under 300 lbs since about 1995. Pushing, pushing, pushing!

    178.5, up a little. Been a busy week with too much eating on the run. Have a mini goal of 175 for next week before I leave on vacation. I know I can do it if i push myself.:ohwell:

    Great job everyone Keep up the great work and let's all push each other to reach our goals this upcoming week! I know I busted my *kitten* in the gym last night (paying for it today - LOL) and will be sweating off a few pounds at our market's Chalk Art Festival tomorrow - where it is supposed to be in the mid-90s and high humidity. Lots of water, walking and tons of other working/cleaning activities. That should kick-start my week but good!!
