    In the process of making the switch to clean eating. My family is resisting a little (sometimes a lot) but my plan is to get them to eat clean at least 75% of the time.

    What do you all consider "clean eating"? I would estimate around 75% of what I eat is real, whole food.

    food in its most pure form. Raw when possible. not processed
