    Have changed my WI day to Friday, so I wanna update my weight loss:

    23/7-209.5
    30/7-205.5
    3/8-204
    Loss for challenge-5.5lbs (?)

    Which means (if I have worked this out wrong, someone please tell me) I have lost 5.5 pounds already for this challenge?
    Am not sure if I should be using my weight from last week or from Monday as my start weight... :/

    Reason for changing WI day: wedding is on Friday 21st September and wanna see how much I weigh before I get married :)

    End of Week 1 Weigh-In

    I'll be out of town this weekend, so I'm weighing in a little early.

    Starting weight: 179.5
    Current weight: 176.5

    I attribute half of the weight loss to water weight as I have increased my water intake from about 0 to 80 oz/day. The other half is true weight loss. I was about 5000 calories under my stay-even amount, which calculated out to about 1.5 lbs.

    Good Morning, Group. I am up .4 this morning - which is not really surprising to me. I spent last weekend visiting wineries with relatives, and I met friends at a local pub this week as well. Wine adds up. So I'm owning this gain and thankful it wasn't worse!

    Does anyone know if there is a setting we can adjust on the weight tracker? I put in my weights to the tenth of a pound, but it always rounds up or down. Those partial pounds matter to me!

    August 4: 177
    August goal: 167
    Ultimate goal weight - 155

    Not sure that I can lose 10lbs in 1 month in a healthy manner...but even if I lose a pound a week I can be under 120! My main issue is alcohol. It just has so many damn calories! So....here's to a month of less junk and more moving :) We. Can. Do it!

    I can not locate a setting to adjust the tracker, either. My numbers round off, too.

    I accept the round off as being 1 pound closer to my goals.

    Good work.. I am plugging away too, figuring how to drop. I gained last week.

    My body shape/tone has improved, and I can wear shorts that I couldn’t last summer so I am trying to see the 'Whole' picture
    on my journey and not just the pounds.
