    Hi, I'm Kyle. I'm 40, single, and live just outside of Toronto, Canada.

    I've been using MFP for 140 days, and am totally addicted to it. Not only the website and smartphone parts to track food & exercise, but also the social aspect of it. It makes it easier knowing there are friends, both real life and people from all over who I've met on here, all of whom are going through the same challenges.
