We've survived another week!!!

I'm so inspired and feel such a sense of camaraderie with this group and the amazing people taking each day at a time to actively change their lives.

    I'm so thankful for all the support on here. It keeps me going, and gives me inspiration. I'm so glad I started all of this, and it actually feels good this time!

    I'm thankful for finding this group and MFP in general. I feel such a great sense of support , and for once in my life, I feel like I can do it!

    I feel exactly the same way! There is way more support here than I've gotten in the past, and so much inspiration all around!
