Just finished this one and Shaun T kicked my @ss! Actually, I felt like I did pretty well. I had to take a few breaks but I tried to jump right back in on the exercise I was doing when I took a break. I sweat so much during this one that I had to take a cold shower and wash my hair. Since I do it in my lunch hour, I usually just rinse off in a cold shower. I feel like already stretching better and finding better balance. Call me crazy but I'm looking forward to doing the plyometrics one again do I can see if I've improved this week. How did everyone else fare?

I just finished. Phew!! That was tough. I feel really great though. I think I am doing a better job of working at my OWN pace. I still push myself really hard but I am trying not to keep up with everybody else. I would much rather bust my but for the whole workout than kill myself in the beginning and not be able to finish. I do better each day. I did the same as you with the breaks towards the end.

This is so TRUE. I was trying to keep up at first and I just thought, I need to do it at my own pace. So what if I don't go as fast as them. As long as I finish. I took several breaks to catch my breath/drink water and then kids/husband interruptions. lol.

I am also looking forward to tomorrow to do something that is somewhat familiar. I think that is also my issue, not knowing what to expect so feeling a little slower, ya know? I think after the second week things should go much better! :) Way to go everyone!!!

I felt like this one was harder than the others! But I also ate about 1/2 hour before hand so that probably didn't help. I had to go my own pace for a lot of it too because holy wow are they crazy! lol I'm still just pumped that I've done each day, it's a bit addicting already.

This one was definitely tough! Part of me doesn't know what I continue the torture but the rest of me says, I love it! lol But I have a goal to achieve so push on we must! My face was beet red for a while and no matter how cold my shower was I still felt like it was a little too warm! lol

This is exactly it. Do what you can as you can and don't try to keep up with his "machines". As you saw, they were dropping like flies too! LOL! Put in all you can, do 100%, but do it at YOUR pace so you don't risk form and heart rate going unhealthy high :) You are totally rocking this!

Just finished this one this morning...WOW! I could barely keep up! I finished it, but I had to take several breaks for water and to give my screaming muscles a break lol I am looking forward to cardio plyo tomorrow for the same reasons as the other posters:1) to see if I can do better than I did last time 2) to do something that is familiar!

Keep it up! We are doing great!

    Also, burnt calories 380 :-)
