i was thinking about trying herbalife and p90x to try an lose over 100 pounds just wanted to know if helps

    I am week in 2 of P90X. I bought it off Craigslist for 50 bucks. I like it.I am down about 3lbs but I am noticing my muscles starting to define. I like it because you can do it at home on your schedule. You don't need a lot of equipment either, you can get away with just using resistance bands.. I found the yoga DVD the hardest believe it or not. The yoga is way too advanced for me. if you decide to go with it I suggest looking for a used deal rather than paying full retail. Good luck!

    My grown kids do P90X.. works very well for them, just stick to it..the first weeks are VERY intense, but it does work, they look awesome !!
