I'm starting the whole30 tomorrow and have never done paleo before.
Any help appreciated :)

    Supposedly someone is starting a Whole 30 group for August, but I can't find it. I'll look around some more.

    I think there is a global one starting Aug 1st. There should be some info on it on FB or their whole9 webpage. Looks like lots of people will be doing it!

    I started mine yesterday! But ya, apparently there is a big one starting Aug 1.

    I've done it a couple of times. I almost feel like child birth is easier, lol.

    I started the Whole30 on August 1st... I'm on day 5 and definitely am feeling the detox going on! I hope that this will clear up in the next few days!
