Hello!!
I'm posting a day ahead cause I dont wanna forget what I did.
And About the Topics on this group; I would like to know what you all think of posting "Week 4 - day1" "Week 4 - day2" etc.. instead of writing Monday, Wednesday, Friday. The reason I sugest this is cause for what I read most of us aren't doing the push ups on monday, wednesday and friday. and I find it very confunsing to wait till monday to post what I did on saturday and try to remember what I did on thursday to I can post to friday..
So let me Know what you think and if you all agreen we can start changing the topics
So anyway I'm working on week 4 this week (cause I did week 2 two times so I'm behind)
week 4 - day 1 was: 18/22/16/16/25
and I did : 18/22/16/16/30 YEAH!!
How are you all doing?? we should all be very proud! even the ones that are behind! the important thing is keep going and never give up!

I totally agree, great idea about the topic posting! That makes perfect sense!
Between you, me and grammabonnie, I think we can do that!0 -
I'm hanging in there.
Want to know a secret? THIS CHALLENGE is a secret! I haven't told my husband that I'm doing this. (My daughter and granddaughter know -- at least, my daughter knows, and the little one has watched -- and tried to do it, too!)
I'm afraid if anyone finds out, they'll push me too hard. I'm doing this for ME!!!
I don't care what the topics are called. What you propose is fine with me!
I noted that there is another exhaustion test after week 4 ... Ugh!!!
My day was wacky today, but I was able to sneak into my bedroom and do it today after my husband got home, without interruption. Whoo-ho!
58 years old.
Initial Exhaustion test: 6 standard pushups
Week 1: Exceeded the max each day! (by 2, 2, 3) Level 2
Week 2: Struggled. Did twice, missed a few days. Exceeded max by 3, 4, 5 modified, 1 standard. Level 2.
Week 2 end: Exhaustion test: 20.
Week 3: Dropped down to Level 1 after trying Wk 2, Day 1, Level 3. Under by 4, over by 3, 5.
This week:
Week 4, Day 1, Level 1 - 8/6 - Completed as prescribed, but Max of 20! (16 required, over by 4)
AND, this was after a 3-hour kayak paddle yesterday!
Sorry to be so wordy ... but tracking my details keeps me seeing the progress.
And, I always hope that someone younger will be inspired!0
