Mobility WOD

So maybe I'm late to the party on this one but it's worth a look.

We've really started incorporating things from Mobility WOD into our CF classes. It helps. The other day we added a squat mobility WOD where we pretty much hung out at the bottom of a squat for 10 minutes. I can't get up to 10 min yet, and I can't exactly do it without holding on to something but I do have to say it did stretch out my hips, which I desperately needed. I do plan on getting better at this particular MWOD as it helps with a lot of movements.

I should really look at this....I "liked" it on Facebook, but haven't been doing any of the stretches and am starting to feel tighter and tighter. I do the squat stretch at night when brushing my teeth....odd looks from the wife, but with CF, she doesn't ask anymore. :)

I also have a huge problem with my rack position (*sidenote - had I said that to anyone but CF people I'm sure that would get a few odd looks) in terms of wrist flexibility. I searched wrist on his site and came up with several videos.. hopefully it will help. :-)
