When my SO left for boot camp, I weighed 205 pounds (down from my original 216). Right now I'm at 197. I started tracking again, and I'm going to the gym every day after work Monday-Friday. My goal is to be 180 by the time he graduates (which will be either the second or third week in September...don't have the exact date yet). My doctor said I should look thin at 150 due to my frame, but I know it'd be impossible to lose over 40 pounds by September!

My SO just left for recruit training also, and I am wanting to trim down before he gets back. It is really tough, but this app/ site has helped me so much. I try to hit the gym constantly to keep my mind off of thinking about him. Log EVERYTHING, and I mean everything... down to a Crystal Light packet you put in water. What branch is he in?0

My tip is peace tea for a drink its only 50 calories and you get a lot of drink and it sweet. i love it.0
