Cardio Recovery aka Torture Yoga

Hi everyone! I'm halfway through my third week of Insanity. I am able to do all of the workouts, some with a few extra breaks, but I find Cardio Recovery to be especially hard. Maybe it's a mental block, but I can't seem to hold the squats and lunges long enough. Any tips?

    Ugh I know it. They suck. Just do what you can, try and do a little more each time.

    Torture Yoga! LOL Well put. Just breathe through each one take a break when needed and then go back to it...As time goes on you'll get stronger.

    You're crazy!! I love that one the most. I dislike the cardio ones, lol
