Had family visiting from out of town so I had four days of restaurant food lunch and dinner and no time to hit the gym.
Hopefully I can get back on track

Last week was 164. Gained .2, but I had my wisdom teeth pulled (so no working out on that day), and Monday I almost doubled my daily goal of calories (went out of town with my mom and daughter for the day so we ate at restaurants, rather than at home). So I know what I did wrong, I'm moving past it, and improving for the week ahead!0 -
Stayed the same this week. Not much opportunity to exercise.0

Congrats to everyone, you're doing great!Only a pound (145) but it sucked to see... it was embarassing and dissapointing, and I didn't want to report it. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one, and you encouraged me to write it out! Am really trying to get back down for this Wednesday's weigh in!
