Its day 7, how much have you lost? and did u do anything different to help
Yourself out???

I've lost 3.2 lbs! I worked out more! I did 5 days instead of 3. I feel like it really made a difference!

    I lost 2 lbs! .....then I found it. :(

    But it's that TOM... I'm upping my water, and my exercising pace..... so we'll see.

    I've lost 1lb. I did the elliptical twice this week and walked twice this week. I plan to do the elliptical 7 days this week.

    I checked in at 169! 2 lbs since Wednesday! Woohoo, I feel like the ball is starting to roll. I just hope I can keep it going !

    So, exactly 2 lbs down... I did a bit more exercising (walking and Yoga), and watched my diet as per usual.

    Monday is my weigh in day. I am at 162.6.

    The difference is 8/10th pound.

    It's inspiring to see everyone doing so well! It's my first day of semi-vacation, hoping to get some good exercise in with my free time, but I won't be weighing in til I return home. My goal on vaca is to lose one pound, plan b is to maintain.

    Probably lost 5-7# but I haven't done a week 1 weigh in yet

    Haven't done any exercise.

    Only thing I did different was count calories.

    My starting weight on 8/1/2012 was 230.0 . I weigh in on Mondays so my last Monday 8/6 was 229.0 so hey 1lb is better than no pound :)

    Haven't weighed my self yet, i'll do it at the end of next wk. I've been working out in the mornings at home 30-45 mins and going to the gym at least twice a wk 1 hr each day. Next wk i plan on going 3x a wk. I'm really enjoying this challenge. Even if i don't lose 10 lbs i should still see some results. Hopefully there will be another challenge for the month of September to keep the motivation going. Accepting friend requests if anyone would like to friend me.
