Hi Everyone!!

Things are slowing down a bit on here and I wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing.

I had to skip Mondays workout. My husbands and my work schedule was really crazy and my kids didn't nap so I had no time. I tried to start with the kids being awake but my 2 year old had other plans. I wasn't sure what to do, skip or be behind a day. I just picked up on Tuesday with Pure cardio. Yikes! after almost 3 full days of nothing it was pretty tough. I pushed through it though and it was a bit more tolerable than the first time.

Yesterday I had Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I kicked a**!!! It was my best day yet. I still have some trouble toward the end with the upper body stuff. Going from Level 1 drills to ski abs to in and out abs are such a KILLER!!! I just go slow and focus on my form. My family has had a lot of demands on my time lately and I just took the 42 minutes and made it about ME. It payed off.

Its nap time in my house so I'm about to throw in Cardio Recovery. How is everyone else doing this week so far????

Doing well here! Doing my workouts in the morning or at nap time and going strong! Feeling a little bummed about the last weigh in but going to keep trying to "dig deeper"!

Shoot me now. This week has been murderous for me at work and at home. First week fo school for my 10 year old, my dryer broke so we've been dryer shopping for the past few days, and here I am at thursday and haven't worked out ONCE this week. I'm angry w/ myself, but tonight it's back to the schedule.

At least I have been eating okay and haven't gained anything. UGG

My mid-week check-in is going STRONG! I took two days of since last Tuesday and just picked up where I left off. I'm incorporating 2-3 days of spin as well so I think my body was just exhausted. I lost 4.5 lbs this week, which makes 7.8 lbs total since starting insanity 8 days ago! Going strong and just making it a lifestyle change and keep going instead of quitting! Looking forward to tomorrow, pure cardio and then the next Fit Test! :-)

I'm doing pretty well here. I haven't had to miss a workout yet but I'm lucky that I can come home and do it during my lunch hour. The only drawback is that I look like absolute h*ll for the rest of the day!

I still haven't decided if I'm going to do the second month. When I started, I told my husband that I would do 30 days. I really want to get back to running and try some other workouts. On the other hand, it makes me feel like a "quitter" if I don't "finish". I guess I'll see how I feel at the end of the month.

I saw a loss this week and I wore a pair of pants to work today that used to be very tight on me so I am having success with the program. Let's hope the scale keeps moving in the right direction!!

I'm doing really well also, I started mine on a Sundays so as it's my Friday her in the UK, it's my last day of week 2, so today it's pure cardio and cardio abs.

But I'm also doing p90x which I'm on finishing week5 of, I get up before the kids to do one and do the other when they go to bed, it's working. I was going to do p90x doubles but Tony twice in a day doesn't bear thinking about hence I started insanity instead.

I'm planing to finish them both at the same time, so I'm adding a week to the insanity which will be a recovery week at the end.

I'd actually saw a gain on the scales this week of about 2lbs, I knew it was because of going into phase 2 of p90x so my muscle were retaining water from the mix up in the strengh, as of this morning that 2lb has gone and I'm 1.2lbs done since starting. I'm about goalish weight so not to focused on the scale, saying that I'm also doing an 11 week weight loss challenge on here, I won the last round hence nearly at goal but not doing it for the weight this round doing it for the accountability.

Anyway I rabbiting on and probably boring yous, so good luck with week 3 ;)
