low carb recipes!!!

low carb pizza crust

2 cups original flavor pork rinds (make sure on ingredients its without MSG)

2 egg

any cheese you like parm, cheddar, monterry jack ( i prefer to use those lower in carbs that are in a block)

Mix all ingredients together, you can add italian seasoning if you like, then spread out on baking sheet

bake at 400 until crispy and solid

3 net carbs per serving

    spaghetti!!!!! yum

    Ingredients:

    spaghetti squash

    spaghetti sauce ( i prefer low sugar or low carb)

    hamburger meat (i usually mix 1lb beef and 1b pork, turkey would also be fine)

    parmesan


    Cut your spaghetti squash in half oil baking pan, bake squash cut side down until tender

    while that is baking, brown your meat and warm sauce

    once squash is tender take a fork and the squash will shred into spaghetti like strands

    plate as usual :-)

    FAUXTATOES!

    Low carbers usually have one thing in common, we miss mashed potatoes, so here is a close second

    Boil desired amount of cauliflower, after tender mash as you would potatoes, then add butter (milk or heavy cream really isnt necessary as it comes out moist) salt and pepper and enjoy

    I like putting cheese in mine, you can even make it like 'loaded potatoes'
