From 177lbs last Friday to 176.6lbs this morning.
Oh well! not much but I had to work really hard to drop my 177 limit!! I feel good about it! Better luck next week....hopefully a pound.

I am 296 as of this morning...I believe that is up 1 from last week. I will need to kick it into high gear next week, as I am going on vacation at the end of next week for a few days.

I lost another inch off my waist, and a 1/2 inch from my hips, so at least that's something.
