August goals?

What are your health goals for this month??

  • Weight loss: 8.4 lbs in 30 days

    I would like to be 180 by the end if the month.
    I think I can do it.

    Lose 10 lbs cont to track daily n exercise 5-6 days n up water intake
  • 10 lbs is hard!!! I'm scared I'll only get 5.
  • I have a half-way and a whole month goal:

    By August 19 I want to be at 200; by the end of the month, I want to be at 193.

    So from today, that will be 10 pounds.

    Well it is I actually hard but I started the shred last month so I set a goal for 30 days end of shred august 16 fingers crossed
  • I don't know if I have a # goal I just want to have inches down. That's no real # either cause i never measured. I just want to look better in a bathing suit on vaca the end of the month!
  • Looking good in a suit is a great goal!!

    I want to be at or below 200 lbs. I am at 207 lbs right now.

    No number goals for me, although I'd love to lose 5 pounds and fit back into some of my clothes! My big goal is surviving my return to work next week and still finding time to exercise. That, and taking lunch because it's much healthier than what I can buy at work. So not looking forward to it!
  • I wanted to see the lower 140s and run three miles at 6 mph pace. I like and hate running at the same time. Ugh. It feels so good when it' s good but is so awful when it's hard.
