Pounds aren't really what matter to me, it's just the way that I look and feel about myself. I would love my abs more defined and bigger arms. I have a small frame, but feel like my legs are a lot more muscular than the rest of my body.
My weigh can fluctuate A LOT and since everyone is their own worst critic, I always notice it in my lower belly area (I HATE THAT).0 -

I realise this isnt a lot but I want to gain fat in order to protect the muscle (i will hopefully build) and then lose a small amount of fat while maintaining my GW.
I know it sounds confusing and i understand some may complain but i wanna be healthy not skinny fat!

I hold most of my weight in thigh butt area. I try to work out for 30 minutes Mon-Friday during lunch. I like the stair-master and incline intervals on the treadmill, I also do yoga a couple times a week. I just want all the cellulite to disappear. I see you few of you are my twins, I will add you.0 -

To be honest, I'm trying not to let numbers dictate where I want to be. I've been off the exercise and diet wagon for a month or two now, after doing some travelling and working at the Olympics, so I just want to become more defined and improve my fitness - it's shocking at the moment! At my heaviest I was probably nearing 140 but didn't really look it because I had next to no muscle mass. Starting now, I'm trying to get back into everything but it's more difficult when I'm not at uni because of mega huge family meals. Good luck to everyone0 -
