Got a couple different meds for the last few days and was getting kind of depressed with the BF leaving. I think because of that I didn't eat the best the last couple days he was in town. I sabotaged myself.
The BF even tried to help me and made semi good food. But I was done for with the snacks. I really need to get super small baggies and separate out my snack so I can only have a serving at a time.
Goals: drink LOTS of water to flush system.
Shakeology and Green Monster Shakes for Bfast and Dinner this week.
Clean up garage and get the rest of the boxes out of the WO room so I can really have the room needed.
Swimming after work (unless it's nice and/or I sub it out for running/gym starting tomorrow (forgot suit today).0 -

Tatika: Scale doesn't matter as much as how you feel ... and, if your looks are improving, it sounds like you are losing fat / gaining muscle. Good work! Do you have a BIA scale??? It can show how much body fat you have, so you can track how your Body fat is changing. They are MUCH less expensive than mine was about 5 years ago!
Kreuzen: You know what you did wrong. (Cheezits!) If you are doing shakes for two meals per day, will you get enough fiber???
